Small Board Room: The basic setup for
the Village Conference Center. This executive setup is perfect
for small, private company meetings, teleconference calls,
visual presentation and much more. With a maximum setup
of 16, this provides the perfect intimate setting.

Sits 28 |
Large Board Room: This large “square”
arrangement is ideal for luncheons, large conferences or
open discussions. Each table has internet access,
laptop to projector connection as well as a power
source. The “square”
can be sized to fit the number of attendees of the event
with a maximum number of 28. |
Sits 30 |
Classroom: This educational arrangement
works well for presentations, lectures, seminars and educational
functions. Screen visibility from every seat makes for
professional presentations. With a maximum seating for
30 persons with tables, your viewers will be able to take
notes and follow with ease. Each attendee will have internet
connection capability, power source and connection to the
projector. |
Sits 50 |
Presentation: A great setting for one
or multiple presentations. With a capacity for 50 people
and a walkway up the middle, this arrangement allows for
presenters to come forward and take their turn at the podium. |
