The Village at River Park is a mixed use project that began in 1995, with just the Plaza del Rio office building and one pad, a Wells Fargo Bank branch. Now The Village has grown into a 250,000 plus square foot mixed use project and has future plans for more growth. The project was developed by River Park Properties III, LP and is managed by Lance-Kashian & Company, a local Fresno property and asset management firm. River Park Properties has been developing in Fresno for the last decade now and has been responsible for many of North Fresno’s projects, such as The Shops at River Park. The Village at River Park is home to many businesses that are known throughout the US. Tenants such as Charles Schwab, TD Waterhouse, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Ford Motor Credit are just a few. Lance-Kashian & Company, the property management firm for the Village, also resides here on the first floor of the Village Courtyard East building (#2).
